Attract individuals who have an interest in the development of their personal and professional capital.

Primary Activities:

Develop prospective candidate list

• Direct solicitation of other construction associations: AGC, ASA, ABC
• Market and sell CFMA
• Mail and follow up on CFMA brochures to candidates and their employers
• Encourage members to introduce guests at monthly networking luncheon
• Promote National membership campaign(s)

Steady annual membership growth
