Current Chair: Charles Plumhoff 
Purpose:
To promote the further education and career advancement of individuals who major in accounting or finance in construction or a construction-related field.
Primary Activities: - Promote the Dallas/Fort Worth CFMA construction scholarship program; to review all applications; and to award scholarships to the most qualified individuals.
- Help organize and promote the annual CFMA scholarship golf tournament.
Measures of Success:
- The awarding of several $1,000 scholarships annually.
- To raise over $5,000 each year in the annual scholarship golf tournament.
