Purpose:
Provide an accurate and timely account of the current financial position of the North Texas Chapter of CFMA to the Board of Directors and membership. 

Provide an annual  budget for presentation at the annual retreat.

Primary Activities:

• Provide a balance sheet and profit and loss statement for review and discussion at each board meeting.
• Work with the Board of Directors to prioritize the source and use of CFMA funds for the betterment of the North Texas Chapter of CFMA.
• Work with each committee to determine the financial needs to perform the activities to help the committee reach their goals for the betterment of CFMA.
• Reconcile bank accounts.

Measures of Success:
Financial stability for CFMA.
